KATRETTER – Everybody can help!

When rescuing people, every minute counts. In many emergencies or crisis situations, volunteers could help with their different knowledge and abilities.

KATRETTER is a system for first aid volunteers: If they are in the vicinity of an emergency location, they are asked for their help directly by the rescue services via the KATRETTER application.

KATRETTER can be used uniformly by all municipal rescue organisations and control centres throughout Germany and is available free of charge to people who wish to volunteer on site.
